Programme Overview

Product Design, Development and Marketing was developed in collaboration with Atlassian. In this course, you will choose a business scenario in which to apply design approaches and Agile methodologies to effectively design and develop new products and optimise existing products. You will also learn how to design product launch strategies for both new and re-released products, as well as evaluate various continuous improvement methodologies to facilitate ongoing product improvement. Artefacts that learners will produce by the completion of this programme are: a product development plan (which uses Agile methodologies and which includes articulated user stories and prototyping methods), and product launch plan (which communicates how its success will be measured using specific metrics, and intentions for product improvement).
